Building Things

Last weekend, we went to Home Depot for an in-and-out gift purchase. We happened to come at the very time that the store was offering the kids to do the free Home Depot workshop! Elizabeth heard the announcement over the loud speaker and just HAD to take part!

 The project was Christmas frames. The kits, aprons, pins, and tools were given to the girls and Nate and I helped each of them to hammer, glue, and paint.

Even though the kids workshop put a slight kink in my errand running schedule, the kids really enjoyed building their very own frames. We hope to attend more of these at Home Depot.
