For weeks...and weeks...and weeks...Abby patiently waited to turn four. This was a confusing time for Abby because she wasn't sure about the difference between a Birth-DAY and a birthday party. The Sunday before her Birth-DAY or her BIG Birthday party (now I am understanding why this would be confusing to a four year-old)...we had a party with my Grandfolks.
Ya Ya got the girls some Halloween shirts!

Abby had to wait through dinner to open her gifts.
Finally the time came.
Elizabeth was very helpful.

And then we had cake...with trick candles so Abby needed help from Elizabeth and Pops!!
And then we sat and enjoyed some cake. I think that Abby had a lot of fun!
