Cookies and Cocoa with the Neighbors!

There's not a lot happening in the off-season in the KPP community. I thought it would be nice to bring the neighbors together for a Cookies & Cocoa event, including a visit from Santa Clause.

I'm not going to lie--I was a bit concerned with I saw nearly 70 people RSVP on the Evite (35 of which were children). As people began to file into the house, I let go of my fears of hot chocolate stained carpets and rising room temperatures and anxiety levels, and enjoyed the company of great neighbors and friends!

Santa's arrival was highly anticipated. I wish that I could have captured every child, but here are a few of the Santa moments.
Santa asks Davin how he lost so many teeth this year!!
Elliot was very inquisitive.
Sierra believes! Such a sweet girl.

Rylan loves Santa!

Kirsten was a little shy...

...Maddie was not!

Piers was all smiles...

...Owen was not!

Thank you for attending our neighborhood Cookies & Cocoa Santa.

It's official, Grandpa cannot play Santa and go unnoticed by his Granddaughters. I think that it makes it that much more special!

Elizabeth told us she was pretty sure Santa was Grandpa because she saw Grandma at the party, but Grandpa was nowhere to be found.
I've said it before, but we are so blessed to live in such a warm and welcoming community. We have grown very close to some of our neighbors and look forward to years of memories and fun!

Merry Christmas!
