Elizabeth's Solar System

Ms. Orrill assigned "In the Sky" science projects to her class this year. The kids were allowed to choose anything they wanted having to do with the sky. Some kids chose rainbows, other chose clouds. Elizabeth wanted to do the sun and the planets.
While the plan became a little more elaborate than the rest of her classmate's projects, Elizabeth did most of the work. Nathan helped her to pain the sun and the planets. Then, I helped Elizabeth to assemble the solar system and label each of the planets.
Elizabeth always gives her all when she commits to something and her schoolwork is no exception.
The project was a great success and a huge hit in the classroom. Elizabeth had to choose two fun facts about her topic. She wanted her classmates to know that Pluto is a dwarf planet and that the sun is the closest star to the Earth.

Good work Elizabeth. Your an A+ student in my book!
