With the fall of the first few leaves, comes the beginning of NCAA football! Typically, the Colorado Buffaloes kick off their regular season with the Rocky Mountain Showdown rivalry with Colorado State University. None of us, not even Rams fans, expected that the Buffs would take their first loss of the season to the Rams. 
Nate and I enjoy watching Colorado football together!

I seriously followed Jude around for ten minutes trying to take a good photo of him, and this was the best I could come up with.
Rams and Buffs fans put aside their differences and played a fun game of touch football. Elizabeth is surprisingly good at it!

Nate and Mark played the ultimate game of beer pong. With one missed throw, they beat Sean and Dan with a double bounce and hole-in-one to win!
We experienced a loss on this day, but at least we got a good picture out of it!

It was a terrible loss and bad start to the 2012 football season for the Buffaloes! Better luck next year. It wouldn't be a very good rivalry if we won every time, right???
