I would say that perhaps we experience Easter Egg hunt overload this year! We started on Saturday with our neighborhood egg hunt. The weather wasn't exactly warm, but lots of kids still came and we all had a great time. I think that this will be the first of many neighborhood gatherings.
Then, we had soccer...and our next hunt was at Kings Point Pool. It began to rain just in time! But, the kids powered through the hunt and had another fun time.
A little rain never hurt anybody!
And then we got a visit from the Easter bunny and he hid eggs outside this year (which means he was outside hopping around at 5 a.m.)!
After our morning hunt we got ready for church.
After church we went to Grandma and Grandpa's for lunch and our fourth egg hunt.
Nate and Uncle Steve built a tee-pee!
Elizabeth ate her pie in the tee-pee!
And then we were off to Great-Grandma's house.
I think that the kids could have hunted for eggs all day long!
We had a lovely Easter this year. I had more hard boiled eggs than I knew what to do with, if only they were filled with gold!
