2012 was a great year for the VanDusseldorp family, not much different from 2011. Elizabeth started Kindergarten at Peabody Elementary and Abigail, turning three is eager to start pre-school next year. Nate received a promotion at work and is now doing project management and estimating with Dean Electric. I have progressed another two semesters at MSU of Denver and have plans to graduate in May 2014. We also added a new member to our family. We are still getting used to having Banjo around.
Overall, it was a great year and we were happy that the Mayan Calendar predictions were wrong.
Looking ahead to 2013, we have a large list of resolutions including everything from organization efforts, to health and fitness, to strict financial planning that will eventually get us into a new home. We look forward to growing as a family as the kids sprout up (Abigail will be turning four in September, and Elizabeth will turn seven in December). We also look forward to strengthening friendships and relationships with those we love.
